Pricing per month is dependent on coaching needs and duration (programming, nutrition, meal planning, and/or specific needs). You will get all the information that you need following your first free full session with us or after an email exchange with the required information from both you and your personal trainer.

- Access to a personalized fitness app with the personalized pre-defined exercises routines and demonstrations
